Return Policy — Bonzenga Treasures
At Bonzenga Treasures, each piece is made to order with care and intention. Because our products are created specifically for you through print‑on‑demand production, we are only able to accept returns in certain situations.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, we will gladly make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@bonzengatreasures.com with “Damage” in the subject line, along with photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Non‑Returnable Items
Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size, Personalized or custom items. If you have questions about a specific item before purchasing, feel free to email us—we’re happy to help you choose the right size or format.
Size Exchanges
We do not accept physical returns for size exchanges. However, if you ordered the wrong size, reach out to us at customerservice@bonzengatreasures.com. In many cases, we can offer a discounted re‑order or store credit as a courtesy.
Refunds
Because our products are made to order, we typically do not issue full refunds. Approved cases will receive a replacement or store credit to ensure you still receive artwork you love.
